HR Excellence Award!

Our colleague Lenka Volfová presented our Agile HR project—involving team leaders in the employee lifecycle—at the HR Excellence Award at Microsoft in Prague! ✨

👥 The employee lifecycle includes all key stages—from initial interest in the position, through recruitment and adaptation, to development, evaluation, retention, and departure of the employee.

🎯 The project had three objectives:
1️⃣ To strengthen corporate culture, communication, and the role of the team leader.
2️⃣ To increase employee satisfaction.
3️⃣ To reduce turnover.

We are very pleased that our project caught people’s attention and made it to the personal presentation stage!
