We are pleased to announce that IBA has been awarded 1st place in the Healthy Companies, Healthy Czechia competition!

The award ceremony took place at a conference held on September 24, 2024, in Prague. We received this recognition for our innovative approaches to employee health care, our support for both physical and mental well-being, and our effective use of data, including HR data. Our company regularly analyzes and evaluates HR data, which was one of the key evaluation criteria of the competition. A crucial factor was whether companies actively work with data and use it effectively.
